Summer

July and August

$850 per week

(weekly only)

Fall - Winter - Spring

(September through June)

$650 per week or $109 per night

(two night minimum)

A $59 cleaning fee and 6% State of Michigan sales tax is in Addition to the rates

Terms

A $250 security deposit is due within 10 days from a rental agreement request.  The entire amount to be paid 30 days prior to occupancy.

No Pets please, we understand that pets are part of the family, but this

allows users to enjoy one of the cleanest cottages available.
