Property Description

     Located less than a mile from Higgins Lake South State Park is our

 2 bedroom chalet cottage.  It was built in 2002 and has new log furniture

and hickory cabinets in the kitchen.  The chalet sleeps up to 8 people

with 2 queen size beds, a pull out sofa sleeper and two twin beds. 

Great location for boating, snowmobiling, golfing, skiing, canoeing,

fishing, mountain biking, and many other activities such as

scuba diving in Higgins Lake.  We also have many geocaching

"treasure hunts" in the area.
